Finding your voice

I was thrilled to be a guest on my friend and colleague Ian Berry’s latest “Sparkenation” conversation.

I joined Ian, quiet disruptor Sue Heatherington and liminal play specialist Joanna Maberly to talk about how we unearthed our essence – and now help others to do the same.

Some of our takeaways on finding our voice:

·      The power of connection: We may be unique, but we are not islands. We’re in this together.

·      Public speaking is not about performance, but presence.

·      It’s important to have safe spaces where we can be ourselves, experiment, play and share stories.
