Let me de-influence you…

Let me de-influence you…

As a quiet person who once ran from the spotlight — and now runs a business where I’m often on stage…

Contrary to what you may have been led to believe:

✨ You don’t need to be an extrovert to be charismatic.

🌿 You don’t need to shout to command the room.

📜 You don’t need to use fancy words or a TED Talk to be credible.

What you *do* need?

🎯 A clear message and convincing arguments.
🌱 A grounded presence.
🤝 And a willingness to connect — as you are.

One of my first coaching clients was a soft-spoken product manager in the medical devices industry in France.

Here’s what she shared with me when we caught up recently:

“Before working with you, I knew I had the expertise but felt uncomfortable about my communication and visibility at work. You helped me connect with myself and my talents, so I could manage my nerves and really connect with my audience.

The difference was huge. I was much more self-aware and confident, and all these years later I still use the techniques you taught me. Just the other day, I gave a talk to over 100 people... and it went brilliantly!"

The trick is knowing where your influence really comes from.

Presence doesn’t always come from loudness.

Often, it comes from quiet conviction.

If you’re curious about how we can work together, drop me a message. I’d love to chat.
