Sorry is such a mighty word. Or nothing at all.

Weighing up words and nuances.
Pondering tone of voice.
I apologise. We regret... It was a mistake.
We may be saying sorry in the name of a company,
But we are standing before people as a person.
All the words in the world are not a substitute for
feeling their pain, and wanting to make things right.
When we make that connection,
When we are truly sorry
With all our heart…
Something shifts. A rift starts to heal.
And we can begin to move forward.
