What is coaching anyway?

What is communications coaching anyway? Or at least my brand of it.

If you’ve never worked with a coach before, it can sound a bit abstract.

But here’s the simplest way to put it:

👉 It’s support to help you find the words to lead. To say what matters, with clarity and confidence — especially when the stakes are high.

AND

👉 It goes beyond communication techniques. It’s about how you see yourself and everything you have to offer. And learning how to express your value with authenticity and impact.

Think of it like this:

🔹 You’ve got great ideas, but you hold back from sharing them.
🔹 You have a new team, but worry you don’t deserve to be leading them.
🔹 You’re in career transition or going for internal promotion, and don’t know how to do yourself justice in the interview.
🔹 You’ve been told to be “more confident,” or that you need “more personal impact”, but no one shows you how.
🔹 You want to lead, inspire, influence in a way that feels natural to you.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Together, we work on:

👉 Speaking up with ease and presence
👉 Sharing your expertise clearly
👉 Finding your voice as a leader

And yes, tackling those pesky imposter feelings that whisper, “Who am I to say this?”

We practice real scenarios. We tap into your talents, values and stories. And use tools and techniques that last.

✨ The goal? To help you show up as the clear, thoughtful leader you already are.

Just with more confidence and connection, and less second-guessing.

Here’s what one of my clients, Marta, said:

“Caroline really helped me to shift my mindset. Before, I felt nervous and judged. Now I know I’m there to share insights the audience doesn’t have – in the most impactful way possible.”
