Wrapping up with a smile

It’s a wrap! 

The International MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona kicks off each year with an intensive communications course for more than 400 students from across the globe. As one of the coaches, I guided my team to deliver speeches both in-person and online.

After many hours of practice and invaluable feedback from coaches and classmates alike, here’s what stood out for me from this year’s edition:

Even when students spoke on similar topics, their life experience and perspective made every message unique.

Connection happens when you’re present with your message and your audience. From powerful start, to memorable finish.

As I told my students:
