Inner critic - or inner champion?

Back-to-school season always brought butterflies for me.

A new year meant possibility — but also the worry: Can I rise to the challenge? What if I'm not ready?

I see the same feeling in many of the women I work with.

One client put it like this…

“They’re going to find out I’m not as good as they think I am.”

That thought ran through her head before every presentation.

Even after the promotion. And after leading a complex product launch.

She wasn’t inexperienced. Far from it.

But she felt like an imposter, filled with self-doubt and dreading high-stake meetings or speaking at conferences.

Here’s the thing about imposter syndrome —

It doesn’t mean you’re not ready.

It means you care.

And it means your inner critic has been louder than your inner champion.

🌱 Our work together wasn’t about “fixing” her voice, but reconnecting with it.

With her values, her talents and her stories:

“This was invaluable from day one,” she told me. “You opened my eyes to so many things I’d been overlooking: my strengths, my achievements, the value I bring as a leader.”

“Now that comes across. My communication feels natural, and I’m actually enjoying it!”

Confidence doesn’t come from pretending to be someone else.

It comes from trusting who you already are.

✨ If you’re tired of second-guessing yourself and want to step into that kind of confidence, let’s talk.
