Making up words

Are you someone who likes inventing words?

I found a new one just the other day.

It was really windy down at the beach - perfect conditions for kite-surfers.

The sky was dotted with arcs of colour at different angles,

making for a beautiful ‘kitescape’.

Now, ‘kitescape’ is a word that doesn’t exist.

But who’s to say we can’t make up words that describe exactly what we mean?

It’s fun - and the possibilities are endless!

We can use them to capture attention, or weave them into stories.

Plus they add colour, vitality and originality to our communications.
