Public speaking for leaders

Over the past weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching a team of MBA students on the Public Speaking for Leaders course at IESE Business School.

They showed up for each challenge with enthusiasm.

They leaned into the discomfort (spontaneous speaking and tricky questions were very much on the agenda…).

They practiced real-world speaking scenarios with increasing intention and clarity.

And yesterday, in our final session, everything came together — empathy, engagement, story, emotion.

The progress was palpable.

As they prepare to graduate and step into leadership roles around the world, they’re carrying stronger communication skills — and a deeper awareness of how they show up in the room.

And yes, I’m looking forward to seeing the spaces they’re about to shape 🌿
